3.1 Quizify supports multiple user roles including Teachers/Admins, Students, and General Users, each with specific permissions and capabilities as defined by the platform.
3.2 Teachers/Admins are responsible for managing their students, creating appropriate educational content, and ensuring compliance with educational standards and institutional policies.
3.3 Organizations using multi-tenant features are responsible for managing their users and ensuring compliance with their internal policies and applicable regulations.
4.1 Subscriptions are generally non-refundable. However, at our discretion, we may offer a refund in specific circumstances, such as when a paid feature does not work as expected compared to the free version, and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.
4.2 Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed on the day your subscription is due for renewal. If you wish to cancel your subscription, you must do so manually from your account settings.
4.3 By using our AI-powered services, including generating questions or taking quizzes, you consent to the commencement of performance and waive any right to a refund or withdrawal once the service has been rendered.

8.2 By using the AI Quiz Generator, you understand that generated questions may require review and editing for accuracy, appropriateness, and alignment with your specific educational objectives.
8.3 Quizify continually improves AI models and question generation algorithms, but does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or pedagogical effectiveness of generated content.
8.4 Usage limits apply based on subscription levels, including limits on the number of questions generated per day, month, or billing period.
9.1 Live Quiz sessions enable real-time interaction between quiz hosts and participants through features including leaderboards, real-time scoring, and audience engagement tools.
9.2 Hosts are responsible for the content and conduct of live sessions, including ensuring appropriate and respectful interactions among participants.
9.3 Quizify reserves the right to monitor and terminate live sessions that violate these terms or applicable laws.
9.4 Participation limits may apply based on subscription levels and technical infrastructure capacity.
10.1 Quizify provides analytics and reporting features to track student performance, quiz effectiveness, and learning outcomes.

11.2 While we strive for high availability, the Quizify does not guarantee uninterrupted service and may perform maintenance, updates, or experience technical issues that temporarily affect service availability.
11.3 Users are responsible for maintaining compatible devices and internet connections necessary to access the services.
12.1 In no event shall Quizify or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data, profit, business interruption, or educational outcomes) arising out of the use or inability to use the services.

13.1 Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the services will cease, though you may retain access to downloaded content as permitted by your subscription terms.
13.2 Quizify may terminate accounts immediately for violations of these terms, illegal activity, or behavior that threatens the security or integrity of the platform.
13.3 Upon termination, provisions relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law shall survive.
